Renewal Rehab in Coleta, IL, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time, on-site role in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. This position offers a competitive hourly pay range ($36–$43) and a path for professional growth within the Enhance Therapies family.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current license in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification may be required depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities
