Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, seeks aLicensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Coleta, IL, for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Must hold an OT license and NBCOT if state requires it. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

You will evaluate and treat patients with ADL and cognitive impairments, develop care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain regulatory documentation while ensuring all physician orders are current.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
