Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Mount Carroll, IL. The role focuses on skilled nursing and long-term care settings, with compensation $36.00-$43.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, create personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
