Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - FT to join our growing team in Coleta, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
