Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Occupational Therapist for our Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care team in Coleta, IL. The role is full-time with hourly compensation of $36.00-$43.00 and requires licensure to practice.

You will evaluate and treat patients, create responsive care plans, collaborate with the team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Immigration support for H1B is available.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
