Job summary

Hertford Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Hertford, NC is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions. A relocation bonus of 10k is offered. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state.
• SNF experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide an occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
• Document findings on the standardized evaluation form timely and accurately.
• Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short term goals, frequency, duration and modalities.

Education

OT degree (B.S./MA/M.S./D.O.T.) recognized by AOTA
