Job summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism in Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our multidisciplinary clinic. You will provide OT services onsite and collaborate with SLPs and BCBA colleagues to deliver evidence-based care.

You will maintain patient records in our EMR, follow approved treatment plans, and ensure a compliant, safe work environment while helping patients increase independence. Competitive pay and strong benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• OTR certification required and current.
• Indiana OT license required.
• On-site therapy at assigned locations.
• Must pass full federal and state background checks.
• Telehealth skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plan developed with other clinicians using evidence-based techniques.
• Maintain patient OT records by recording progress in the EMR system.
• Record and input appointments in the electronic schedule.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures and complying with regulations.
• Adhere to professional standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist patients in improving independence and quality of life through targeted OT interventions.
