Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Mount Carroll, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, and create personalized care plans.

Qualificações

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT OT-R certification if state requires.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
