Renewal Rehab in Mount Carroll, IL is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, and create personalized care plans while collaborating with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Degree and NBCOT certification as applicable by state.
• Current license to practice OT in the state of Illinois.
