Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist in Mount Morris, IL for a skilled nursing facility setting. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments while developing personalized care plans.

Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in IL and NBCOT-certified where required. We offer competitive hourly pay ($36-$43), comprehensive healthcare, a 401(k) with company match, online CEU credits,

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification may be required by state.
• Current IL license as an Occupational Therapist and eligibility to practice in IL.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and current.
