Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document patient assessments per facility policies.
• Provide treatment to maximize resident function within abilities.
• Develop and implement restorative nursing programs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care conferences.
• Maintain timely resident reports for regulatory agencies.
• Observe infection control and facility safety procedures.
