Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret common medical information and coordinate with the team.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program with licensure eligibility if required.

Responsibilities

• Follow physicians' orders and guidance of the occupational therapist.
• Provide treatment to maintain or improve residents' function.
• Maintain accurate resident reports and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with adaptive equipment and preventative measures.
• Support other staff and participate in the interdisciplinary team.
