Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common medical information.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to present information to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Follow physicians' orders for resident care and directions of the occupational therapist.
• Provide treatment to help residents attain the highest level of function possible.
• Maintain timely and accurate resident reports per regulations.
• Observe infection control procedures and safety policies.
• Work cooperatively with residents, staff, physicians and other providers.
• Attend Corporate Compliance Program in servicing as required.
