Job summary

Adoration Health in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a part-time, PRN role at The Blake at Panama City Beach. You will perform evaluations, develop and re-assess treatment plans, provide 1:1 patient care, discharge planning, and collaborate with the treatment team and families to support independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current Live CPR Certification.
• Two-step TB test required.
• Demonstrates knowledge of evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Familiarity with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics and/or home health.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing meetings
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family
• Supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes
