Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a part-time Speech Language Pathologist at The Blake at Panama City Beach, FL. You will provide one-on-one care and evaluations in a home-like setting, with flexible hours and clinical autonomy.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, state licensure, CPR, and TB testing; prior geriatric/home health experience is preferred. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current SLP license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification current.
• Two-step TB skin test required.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• At least 1 year of SLP experience preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy approaches.
• Familiar with assisted living, independent living, geriatrics, or home health.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds; up to 100 pounds with safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reposition patients as needed.
• Health screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Reassess treatment effectiveness; attend staffings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and make safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the care team and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
