Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is expanding its PT services in Panama City Beach, FL. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care in home/clinic settings with growth opportunities.

The position requires a PT degree, state licensure, CPR, and a willingness to work in independent living, assisted living, and/or outpatient settings. Flexible schedule and leadership support are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in practicing state.
• Current Live CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and participate in staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety recommendations and referrals.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
