Job summary

Bennett Hills Rehabilitation & Care Center in Gooding, Idaho is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will perform patient screens, develop plan of care, and deliver evidence-based OT interventions within a compassionate geriatric setting.

Open to applicants of all experience levels; licensure as an OT is required. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation options.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT required and state license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients for cognitive/ADL issues and plan care.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment per clinical requirements.
• Administer ADL retraining, exercises, modalities and devices.
• Communicate progress with the care team and prepare discharge summaries.
