Job summary

Continuum Rehab Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Albuquerque, NM. You will deliver evidence-based rehabilitation to residents and work with families and care teams to improve outcomes.

Qualifications include a licensed OT with a degree recognized by the AOTA and NBCOT-OTR where required. We welcome all experience levels and offer mentorship, a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, CEUs, licensure

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients needing rehabilitation.
• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Supervise OTAs, temporary licensees, students and support personnel per licensure rules.

Experience/Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist.

Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.

Some duties for this position include:

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.

• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.

• Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.

• Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.

• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards
