Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Millersburg, PA, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys providing patient-centered care while helping residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday activities.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to enhance independence, safety, and daily functioning

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective rehabilitation outcomes

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to support continued progress

• Provide coverage and therapy services based on facility needs and resident caseload

What You’ll Bring:
