Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with rehab and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to enhance independence, safety, and daily functioning.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to support progress.
• Provide coverage and therapy services based on facility needs and resident caseload.
