Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
• Maintain compliant documentation and participate in care conferences.
• Assist with staff training and quality improvement initiatives.
