Job summary

Hireology is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehab team in Texas. You will evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to maximize independence and safety in daily living activities.

Your role includes documenting progress, adjusting interventions, and educating patients and families while upholding all regulatory requirements and quality standards in a skilled nursing facility

Qualifications

Active Texas OT license in good standing.
SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
Knowledge of OT treatment practices and documentation systems.
Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and assess impact on daily occupations and quality of life.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Modify interventions based on patient response and goals.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
Document progress thoroughly and timely per policy and regulations.
