Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin is seeking an occupational therapy assistant to support an occupational therapist and participate in developing and implementing patient-centered treatment plans.

You will assist with all phases of therapy, discuss treatments with patients, and record outcomes while maintaining ongoing communication with the OT team and facility staff to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
