Enhance Rehabilitation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an OTA, you will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist and help carry out individualized plans of care to support patient progress.

You’ll assist patients through all phases of treatment, document responses to therapy, discuss treatment with the OT and rehab staff, and help operate standard therapy equipment to deliver quality care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
