Job summary

You will assess and plan rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and restore daily living skills while providing education to clients and caregivers. Supervision of the care team is included.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy licensure is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• NBCOT certification is required within 6 months of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore daily living skills.
• Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
