The role requires a Bachelor's in OT, active OT licensure, BLS, and NBCOT certification within 6 months. Sentara offers generous benefits and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active OT licensure in good standing.
• NBCOT certification within 6 months of eligibility.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services across multiple settings (acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient therapy, home care).
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans and discharge goals.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Occupational Therapy Licensure

NBCOT Certification (within 6 months)

Basic Life Support (BLS)
