Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Occupational Therapy Licensure required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise and coordinate care provided by the therapy team.
• Educate clients and caregivers on therapy plans and home programs.
