Job summary

Qualifications

• Required Minimum Education: Masters Occupational Therapy or Bachelors Occupational Therapy.
• Effective communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Team oriented with basic computer skills and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implements the occupational therapy treatment plan.
• Selects appropriate treatment activities to progress patient towards goals.
• Revises goals/plan of care with patient/family input.
• Provides discharge instructions, follow-up and referrals to community resources.
• Documents evaluation and plan of care according to departmental guidelines.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to ethical standards.
