Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• OT license required upon hire (OT).
• BLS certification required (or ARC-BLS).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and modify OT treatment plans.
• Assess patients' daily living activities and mobility.
• Educate patients and families and provide discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain documentation per departmental guidelines.
