Job summary

Ensign Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a day shift position. The OT will screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL-related disorders, and develop care plans that adhere to regulatory and clinical standards.

Responsibilities include utilizing standardized assessments, providing rehabilitative treatments, and offering counseling to patients, families, and care teams. Licensure in Occupational Therapy is required for all levels of experience.

Qualifications

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.
• Develop care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer rehabilitative procedures and adjust treatments based on progress.
