Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day shift position in Oklahoma. The role involves organizing and conducting medically prescribed OT programs to help patients reach their maximum potential.

You will work within the state regulations and collaborate with the team on department initiatives. Mercy offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state, may work under a temporary license up to 90 days.
• No prior experience required.
• Current BLS through the American Heart Association (can be provided by Mercy after starting).
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs to achieve maximum potential.
• Promotes growth and development of department by assisting in special projects and coordinating activities in patient care programs.
