Job summary

Mercy Hospital Logan County is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care within a hospital setting. The role is full-time, dayshift, 40 hours per week, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates.

Responsibilities include organizing and conducting prescribed therapy programs, adhering to state practice standards, and supporting department growth through projects and coordination. Must have an OT degree and eligible license, with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state, may work under a temporary license up to 90 days.
• Experience: None required.
• Current BLS through the American Heart Association (can be provided by Mercy as part of training after starting).
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred Certifications: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy
