Job summary

You will document progress, adjust plans based on outcomes, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety. Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state license, and NBCOT certification,

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
