• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and delivers OT services.
• Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for residents.
• Discharge planning and supervision of assistants and rehab techs.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and documentation.
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Provide ongoing education and participate in interdisciplinary activities.
• Supervise therapists' aides and participate in quality improvement.
