Job summary

Soddy-Daisy Healthcare Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore independence in daily activities for residents.

You will design and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and supervise therapy staff while maintaining high standards of patient care in a welcoming setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Valid state Occupational Therapist license, where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Provide occupational therapy services, including screening, evaluation, and treatment.
• Develop and manage initial and ongoing plans of care and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing OT practice.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
