Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Valid state Occupational Therapist license, where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care.
• Discharge planning and supervision of assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing OT practice.
• Maintain patient rights policies and confidentiality.
• Participate in utilization review, care conferences, and interdisciplinary team activities.
• Develop and enhance OT programs and services to support quality outcomes.
