Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to evaluate and treat patients with a focus on the hand and upper extremities. You will deliver evidence-based care, build strong patient relationships, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience and market factors. Select locations offer a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, plus structured mentorship and in-house CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved occupational therapy program.
• State Licensure.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients in accordance with physician referral and Plan of Care, focusing on the hand and upper extremities.
• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
