PT Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, quality care that empowers patients to achieve better functional outcomes. You will establish timely, individualized treatment plans for each patient’s needs.

You will collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff, building strong patient relationships and community connections while contributing to a patient-centered clinical team focused on excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• Current state license to practice occupational therapy.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience in hand therapy.
• BLS certification required.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $48.00 - $58.00/hour (based on experience and market factors)
