Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to evaluate and treat patients focusing on the hand and upper extremities. The role offers competitive base salary, with annual bonuses and a sign-on bonus in select locations.

The team provides mentoring, in-house continuing education, and support with licensure renewal and dues reimbursement, all as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program.
• State Licensure.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and timely treatment services to a variety of patients with a focus on the hand and upper extremities.
• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to empower patients to exceed their functional outcomes.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Join our team as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating and providing treatment services to a variety of patients, focusing on the hand and upper extremities.

• Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000available in select locations!
