Post-Acute Rehab Solutions in Gilmer, TX is seeking a committed Occupational Therapist to join our home health team on a PRN basis. You will partner with patients to restore motion and maximize function at home.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled OT services in a Medicare home health setting, working with a nurse and other therapy staff to develop and implement treatment plans. Requirements: TX active OT license, TX liability insurance, graduate degree in Occupational Therapy; home

Qualifications

• Active license in TX.

• Our Home Health Positions include Skilled Home Health Services that provide skilled services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage. These home bound clients receive services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.

Requirements

• Active license in the state of TX required.
