Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Specialist to support workplace wellness and injury prevention initiatives on a PRN basis. Positions available at Jefferson, West Bend, Cudahy, and Menomonee Falls, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule as needed.

The ideal candidate will deliver body mechanics training, conduct ergonomic assessments, and lead wellness programs. We welcome licensed Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Occupational Therapist Assistants committed to injury

Qualifications

• Licensure as a recognized AT/PTA/OTA; state licensure required or eligible.
• Experience in ergonomic assessments and injury prevention preferred.
• Ability to deliver body mechanics training and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver body mechanics training and job coaching.
• Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
• Lead work simulation and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
• Implement onsite injury prevention programs.
• Engage employees in proactive wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR safety teams and management.
• Track and report program outcomes to measure effectiveness.
