Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Specialist to support workplace wellness and injury prevention initiatives in Wisconsin. This PRN role requires licensed athletic training staff to deliver body mechanics training, early intervention, and ergonomic assessments across Jefferson, West Bend, Cudahy, and Menomonee Falls.

You will lead work simulations and wellness programs while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Athletic Trainer, PTA or OTA license required.
• Experience with ergonomic assessments and injury prevention.
• Ability to deliver training and track program outcomes.

Position Title: Industrial Specialist
Locations: Jefferson, West Bend, Cudahy, and Menomonee Falls, WI
Schedule: PRN coverage (as needed), Monday through Friday

Your Role:

As an Industrial Specialist, you will:

• Deliver body mechanics training and job coaching

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage employees in proactive wellness initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management
• Track and report program outcomes to measure effectiveness

Physical Demands & Dress Code:

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE required
