Unify Health Services in Wisconsin is seeking an Athletic Trainer, PTA, or OT assistant to provide on-site occupational health services in an industrial setting. The role focuses on injury prevention, ergonomics, job coaching, and post-injury support using established clinical and safety protocols; hands-on, outside a traditional clinic.
Licensed clinicians will work with employees, perform POETs/PATs, ergonomic assessments, and support return-to-work programs, with a strong emphasis on safety

Location: Tomahawk, WI
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Flex Shift)
Work Setting: On-site industrial environment
