Job summary

Freedom Pointe at The Villages is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant for a 1-PRN position. Responsibilities include providing individualized OT services, screening, treatment planning and implementation, and communicating patient progress to the care team.

The role offers a flexible schedule with no travel and opportunities such as paid training and DailyPay; prior SNF therapy experience is preferred and Florida OTA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Assistant license in Florida.
• Previous SNF therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services that are individualized to the patient, including screening, treatment, program planning and implementation.
• Communicate status updates to staff and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Complete documentation timely for billing and payroll.
