Job summary

Freedom Pointe at The Villages in The Villages, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide individualized therapy services on a PRN basis, including weekdays and weekends with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include creating and implementing therapy programs, communicating progress to staff, and timely documentation for billing. Active FL OTA license and SNF experience are preferred. Benefits include DailyPay, 401K, and paid training.

• Previous SNF therapy experience preferred.
