White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our high-volume rehab department. We offer a large rehabilitation gym, diverse clinical programming, and an energetic team culture focused on patient recovery.

We provide full-time, part-time, and PRN scheduling with a pay range of $45-$50+ per hour (DOE). New graduates are encouraged to apply and will find opportunities for professional growth and on-site modalities.

Qualifications

• Current California COTA license in good standing.
• Experience in geriatric rehab or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality COTA care per physician orders and OT direction.
• Document daily treatments and progress notes.
• Collaborate with nursing to train Restorative Aides and support mobility.
• Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the rehab team.
• Educate residents and families on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities
