White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our high-volume rehab team. You will deliver patient-centered OT, work under physician orders, and help residents regain independence.

Qualifications

• Current California COTA license in good standing.
• Strong interest in geriatric rehabilitation and hands-on clinical growth.
• Ability to document treatment and communicate patient progress.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality OT treatments per physician orders and supervision.
• Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes per state/board requirements.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support mobility.
• Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance and discharge planning.
