Services are delivered across the continuum, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with physicians to develop and evaluate treatment plans and discharge strategies.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions, selecting appropriate activities to meet patient goals, and provide education to patients and families.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions according to departmental standards.
• Maintain ethical practices, confidentiality, punctuality, and proper attire while communicating effectively with team members.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and process improvements, ensuring workload organization and resource safety.

Qualifications
