LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide skilled inpatient services in an acute care hospital setting. The therapist will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans, considering discharge needs, functional status, and equipment requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience is not required; supervision experience is not mandatory.
