Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled inpatient services in an acute care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans considering discharge needs, functional status, and equipment, and educate families and healthcare teams.

Delegation to assistants and students will be based on competency, with thorough documentation and ongoing assessment.

Qualifications

• Licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy (Masters preferred)
• No prior experience required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to delegate effectively and document thoroughly
